Meet Emma
Healing isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is my approach.
For the past decade I've walked alongside people as they return to themselves, tap into inner wisdom, befriend their bodies and emotions, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I came to this work through my own healing journey. For much of my early adult life I struggled with depression, anxiety, and a deep disconnection from myself. I sought support from therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, and energy healers, and the most transformative were the ones who helped me come home to myself. They centered my whole being, not just my symptoms. Through that work I rebuilt trust in my wants, needs, and values, and learned to sit with discomfort, stay in process, and take aligned action.
I believe personal healing is also a form of collective healing. When we tend to our wounds, we shift our lineages, interrupt cycles of harm, and become more available to each other. As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said, "None of us are free until all of us are free." I've also heard it said, and I agree wholeheartedly, that none of us are well until all of us are well.
When I'm not doing the work, you'll probably find me cozied up on my pink velvet couch with a big bowl of popcorn and a relationship show, out hiking, game-nighting, or catching up over coffee with the people I love.
